The LEGO Jurassic World project brought with it the opportunity to work on a beloved franchise and of course, dinosaurs.
My role at TT Fusion was upgraded somewhat during the transition onto this project and allowed me to take on a lot of animation and prop building work on top of my usual level design role. This gave me practical experience with animation, and given I was creating my own props for my levels, gave me much more creative freedom over what went into my little chunk of the game.
My work involved:
Level ownership and a portion of the hub area.
Using Maya to create and animate all the LEGO props I would need throughout my areas of ownership.
Level flow and object scripting.
